Registration fee is $100.  $80 is for the league and $20 is an equipment deposit that will be returned if the uniform is returned on time and clean.  Each player gets to keep his or her game jersey.  These jerseys were purchased by their respective sponsor.  If you get a chance thank them for their support.

Physicals:  We will be providing free 2010 to 2011 sports physicals this year during equipment distribution.  These physical will be held at the Iron Mountain Central School Cafeteria.  Every player must have a copy of their physical card on file with the league prior to practice.

Equipment Distribution: When players go to pick up their equipment, they should wear athletic shorts and shoes that slip on and off easily. If the football pants fit over the athletic shorts, they should fit over the pads that they will wear in the pants.  Equipment Distribution Information

Mouth Guards will be on sale at the equipment distribution building for a $1.00, please bring correct change.  We have different school colors available.

The Game jersey is to be worn for games only.  A large T-shirt works well over the jersey.  A smaller t-shirt should be worn under the shoulder pads to prevents a rash.

Practice starts August 9th, 2010.  Your area VP or coaches should notify you of the time and location of these practices.

The practice schedule is for the teams to practice on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in helmet with a mouth guard, shorts and cleats.  No shoulder pads or pants pads.  These 3 days are condition days.  Players may contact blocking dummies, but no player to player contact.

If a division has 30 or more players on it they will practice together until the draft, the draft is held on Wednesday night at our board meeting.  All player drafts will be conducted at this meeting to ensure that it is done in accordance with our by-laws.

Thursday practice is when the split teams start practicing separate if they choose to.

Full pad team practice will be conducted on Thursday and Friday.  These 2 days of practice are still a condition practice.  No player to player contact.

Every player must have 10 hours of conditioning:  6 hours with no pads and 4 hours with pads.  If a player misses practice he or she must make up the conditioning time.

Monday, August 16th is full contact practice.

Saturday, August 28th is the season first game.
